Keep pedaling. You pay your rental when you return it, so you can keep the bike until you’re done, unless you’ve decided to extend it for more than a week. By the way: long-term rentals get a more favorable rate.

 

Yes, we do. Starting from 4 people, we offer a $50 MXN discount per person when everyone pays together. For longer rental periods of more than 8 days, we offer special rates. Please check the Bike Rental section for more information.

 

Cyclists under  and over 18 years of age are required by law to wear a helmet. One is provided with your rental.

State law requires cyclists to have front and rear lights when riding a bicycle at night. We will provide both as part of your rental.

Bikes like to sleep indoors, just like people. If you’re staying in a hotel, check with the bellhop, concierge, or front desk to see if you can bring your bike to your room or if they prefer to store it in their luggage room. Keeping the bike indoors overnight is the best way to avoid potential damage or theft.

You are the one who assumes responsibility. We will provide you with the necessary tools and knowledge to keep the bike secure, but it’s up to you to return everything we provide you with.

Yes, but please call in advance to check our availability! We can deliver or pick up anywhere within the city for an additional fee of $80MXN per trip.

It probably won’t happen, but if it does, stop immediately and look for the nearest bicycle shop to have it repaired. The repair should cost around $200-$300, including labor, and make sure to get a receipt. If you need directions, please give us a call.

No, a bicycle is permitted and subject to the same laws as a car.
